This address is also linked to another business called "Regency Enterprise Cleaning Service", so I am amusing this owner is running two business from this address. So this review is for her 2nd business:
Purchased a cleaning voucher on "The Daily Save" Site, and gifted the voucher to my sister for her Birthday Gift. I was so embarrassed when my sister called me back and said the owner was so rude on the phone and wanted to charge her extra because she had 5 bathrooms to clean and the location was not on her voucher. My sister told her it clearly states that you service the area that I live in, but the owner insisted she never heard of the place and would call her back to let her know how much extra to charge her. My sister told me she would not want this lady in her home after she was so rude with her on the phone, which I totally understand. So I have no idea how her cleaning service is, but I don't want to find out either, but if she can't even keep her service like she stated on her voucher I don't think this company should be in business.
