I went to this cleaner back in June of 1994. I wanted to have my brand new wedding dress pressed for my wedding. They were not to clean or do anything with the dress except press it for me.
My mother went to pick up the dress and dropped it off to me. I did not want to get any wrinkles in my dress so I did not open the plastic until the momment I was to be married. Oh MY GOD!!!!!
I can't believe it!! They pressed the dress but when they went to put it in the plastic wrap they did not tie up the train of the dress. I was crumpled up in a ball sitting on the bottom of the the plastic!!!
I was in tears, I wiped them away and married my husband that day with 4 ft creases down the bottom of my dress. Not just one or two creases either! The whole dress was ruined!
I had never been to this place since. I was refunded my money for the price of what i paid to have it pressed.....BIG DEAL... I was so dissappointed. Never again.
