I've enjoyed living at Woods Edge Apartments in Durham for the most part. It's a really convenient location, at the corner of Woodcroft Parkway and Hope Valley Road--a very short distance from I-40, shopping at the Streets of Southpointe, and numerous restaurants and grocery stores.
the office staff at Woods Edge is courteous and responsive. There is a nice-sized pool, tennis courts and basketball court, as well as a workout room and laundry facilities.
They allow pets, but in my opinion their pet fees and pet rent are high. There are pet areas throughout the complex with poop-baggie dispensers and trash cans.
