Review content:
I purchased a 2007 Cherokee horse trailer with full living quarters. This was a used trailer so of course there are always issues to work through. I was informed of and provided with what was supposed to be a full vehicle inspection prior to delivery. There were a few items that I feel could have been addressed prior to me discovering them upon delivery to Minnesota. When the owner of the company was made aware of the situation he handled it with a quick response and an apology along with settling on the costs of repair. This is what is expected of a company who takes customer service serious and understands the value of a good experience.
