Review content:
Stay away from this dealership AT ALL COSTS !! Hyundai makes a good product but both of the people we dealt with at this dealership were very unprofessional and blatant liars. Orlando Martinez was the sales manager at this dealership, and Ted Goldberg is the salesperson we dealt with. Both were despicable characters...They lowballed us to get us in the showroom after we expressed interest in one of their cars, and when we showed up the did a bait and switch !! They actually admitted to the bait and switch !! Then, when we agreed on a price, they switched out the tires with "no name" brand tires, and the car they put us in had several mechanical malfuntions that they refused to admit as problems since their service department "checked the car out fine". We know that this car was malfuntioning because we had test drove several of the model that we were interested in at other dealerships.
Pros: None
Cons: Unethical Business Practices
