Irented a limo from Luxx Limo which turns out is Baja Limo for a homecoming dance. Requested black, got white. Had to sign a contract that read if the limo driver decides kids are unruly, he can terminate the ride at any time and "drop" the kids. He tried to reassure me that the kids would be put "outside the car", but he would wait till an adult picked them up. WHAT??? Hourly rate was close to $100.00 an hour and they don't include anything but water. Lastly, the driver rolled up the privacy glass finally towards the end of the ride, most of the night he talked to the kids. Yea for my son and his date... just what they wanted on their limo ride, an adult hanging with them. This was an unfortunate experience which made me very unhappy. UPDATE... I spoke with the owner, Tom, who I thought was trying to make things right with me. I understood what his points were and agreed that while the experience was bad, perhaps I shouldn't judge them so harshly. However, when he saw that I gave Baja Limo a bad review before we spoke on the phone, he became completely unprofessional! He called me multiple times a day, multiple days a week for two weeks telling me to take down my reveiws, that I was harassing HIS company. I am not sure that he completely understands what the word harass means, but that is basically what he did to me. Because I own my own business, he stated "two can play that game" insinuating he would get the word out not to do business with my company. He wanted to come to my house to "discuss" my review. I honestly was/am affraid of this man. My husband finally had to deal with him and the calls have stopped. Be careful when dealing with this company, this isn't your typical business owner.
