Review content:
Horrible bridal experience! During my pre-bridal, the owner/my stylist pushed his vision on me and did not listen to what I was asking for. It was totally wrong, I spoke up and thank goodness I did because he did not ask me if I liked it. I told him this was not the hair do I wanted and asked him to try a different style. He became very flustered and said he didn't have time and that he had appointments back to back. Now correct me if I'm wrong but for a trial shouldn't you leave yourself a little extra time for the appointment incase the bride wants to try something different? After paying $175.00 for hair and makeup, I was totally unsatisfied and felt as though I was ripped off. My hair was falling out all over the place as I started walking to my car. You can imagine that after the trial, I was a bit anxious about getting my hair done on my wedding day. I arrived at the salon with my bridesmaids and one by one their stylists brought them back to get their hair done and I'm left sitting there 15 minutes past my schedule appointment time. The owner/stylist came up to me and said "what are you here for?" I told him I was getting married that day and I was there for my up-do. He said "well I must have over-booked, I have to do someone else before I get to you". I broke down in tears and ran into the bathroom. I do not consider myself a very dramatic person but on your wedding day you want everything to be perfect and this was just the worst thing that could have happened. I will never return to the salon and I suggest that you look elsewhere if you're getting married in the Bethlehem, PA area. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
