I was very impresseed with the quick response and professionalism I received from Pearson Carpet Care.
I called to inquire about their services and pricing for a Chinese carpet. The carpet had several spots on it and had areas that had been walked on more than others. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns.
It was picked up the following day and returned, as promised, within a week. The carpet looks better than it has in many years. Obviously a 23 year old carpet cannot look brand new but it looks great! The spots are gone and they did an excellent job of cleaning it. I would highly recommend Pearsons.
