Review content:
I recently visited Serendipity Spa on April 26, 2008. The manager was very nice she allowed me to use my gift certificate past its due date.( I would't think it should ever expire esp. since we paid almost $200 for it).I was hesitant to visit this spa since a year ago when my husband purchased it they had a terrible fire and we asked for our money back. The point of getting a spa treatment is meant for you to determine to use it when you want to go. My appointment just happened to fall on the weekend of memorial day weekend and they were still closed. Anyways my husband spoke with the owner with whom was very rude and not understanding why we wanted to go else where. Enough said I had to use the gift certificate and was horribly displeased. The only thing this placed had was nice women working for them. It is totally under construction I was never relaxed when I was getting my toes and nails done they have you cramped in a room to sizes to small. The massage rooms were temporary so they were poorly constructed the massage therapist had to move my table to move around. To top it off they got me lunch and there was no where for me to sit. they wanted to put me at table in the middle of this already cramped room. I just wanted to get out of there. Except for the nice girl who did my facial and my nails. I would wait to go to this spa once there remodel is done. The owner never made eye contact with me she knew who I was and I know the staff knew who I was. Oh well I learned my lesson dont always believe the reviews on web sites take it from word of mouth. you may not believe this review so go ahead and take a chance.
