Bubba's is a little gem a couple blocks from Memorial Park. More than a dozen televisions adorn this sports bar/grill, but you won't mistake it for any high end, high priced sports bar like Champps. There's nothing glittery about it - just a little shack with ample seating, a lot of heart and small town atmosphere. Food's good, beer's cheap and service is always given with a genuine smile.
Parking is sparse at the location, but there other nearby businesses are closed on the weekends that you could park your vehicles at.
Avoid it on Saturdays during the fall unless you like the color orange - they host the Houston University of Tennessee alumni football gatherings, and needless to say, you'd have to endure/enjoy endless renditions of Rocky Top during a Volunteer game..
