Review content:
Atlantlc Wireless in La Plata has poor management and their personnel aren't very knowledgeable. the Management at the store would not let me return a phone either ought they have a 14 day return policy. They said because I sent the rebate in that I could not return and phone. The point is they only stressed that the rebate must be sent in within 15 days but they failed to mention that once you do this the phone is not returnable. This is poor business practice and didn't even mention anything about their return policies.
II went to the Verzion store in Waldorf, Maryland. They said their store policy is they would allow return of the phone but since the phone was purchased from a Verizon store retailer, which is not a Verizon store that I would need to return to them.
My suggestion is if you want to purchase a phone/ smartphone from a company that does honorable business then purchase your phone a true Verizion store, like Verizion store in Waldorf, not a retailer that sells Verizon service but makes their own policies which are not Verizons. Also the employees are not very knowledgeable of their products and aren't much help.
The opposite is said of the the true Verizion store of Waldorf, Maryland.
