Larry phillip carr . dry wall and repairs my mr l p carr ,he is a scam artist, he talk a good talk about how good he is. and persuade u to pay, and then scare u about a lien on your home, then is rude and nasty, he block your number after he has your money. he has many excuses, he is old, it is raining. etc etc. he is old alright, he has God to answer to, he is going straight to hell, taking ppl money. and doing children wrong., he even mooned me in fromt of my kids,w when he saw me taking pics, then say he is a GOD fearing man, he better fear God, bc God has my back, i ama child of God, i feel like i threw away money, then ppl wonder why ppl dont hire their own kind, i am hiring a foreiner for now on, he need to really meet his match, he is a thief..... here is his address. if u can take him to court and get something let me know.... 2025 emery place ne atl
