Two years ago I was in a pinch and I called Roto-Rooter and I met Joe Sewar. Joe looked at my plumbing situation and said he could show me how to do it myself or charge me $150 for a small fix. I was flabbergasted that a plumbing company offered to not charge me even though they came to my house. Joe said the reason they do this is so when we really need Roto-Rooter, we will call back and that is what I did yesterday when I needed a kitchen faucet installed. Joe Sewar came out and did a great job, explained things to me in a detailed fashion and answered any question I had. Without a doubt if I need plumbing service again, I will contact Joe Sewar from Roto-Rooter.
