6 pm on a Thursday night, I went to use the bathroom and the found the toilet was plugged. I went down stairs, brought up my trusty plunger, and start plunging.
2 hours later, I toliet was still plugged. My wife called Roro-Router and they said they could hae a service man out that night. 2 hours later (The was on a call in Hilton and we live in Canandaigua), our service man showed up and within 15 minutes(with the use of his snake) our toilet was unplugged. Our service man was friendly and did not the seem the least bit bothered from having to drive from Hilton and being out after 10 pm at night. All in all - very fast service and very impressed we could get a service man that late at night. Excellent job.
