Ok, so he didn't have to show me a lot of condos, we found the perfect condo on the first listing I was interested in, however, it was AFTER the offer where Dennis impressed me. He returned all my calls, he kept me in the loop when he found out I was the type that wanted to know EVERYTHING...he knew his stuff, he knows the city, and he wasn't pushy when I was considering making an offer on my first time out. I would recommend him to ANYBODY!
