I have used this spa for several yrs & have been completely satisfied. They have been caring & sensitive (health issues) have never had a bad spa or pedicure trtmt, my husband, 2 daughters & sister have loved their visits also . Not sure who these other reviews were for but my experience has always been great. We have always referred others to SpaVa
