Job not completed on time as promised.
Owner/s rude and unapologetic for poor customer service.
Took them a simple job--bending out a mailbox frame.
Was told this simple 20-min job would be completed in a 'couple of days'; called back two days later--on a Friday--and was told "It will be ready on Tuesday"; knowing that it probably wouldn't be ready on Tuesday based on their track record, I waited and called back on Wednesday and was told--you guessed it!--"come back tomorrow".
When I asked to speak with Cathe--the owner--she was defensive, rude, and unapologetically short-tempered--bordering on hostile.
I proffered to her that it was not the wait the was the problem--had they offered a more realistic timeline at the outset--but that as a small business owner it was up to her to better know her companies workload and budget time accordingly.
To this, she replied "I don't have time for this"--copped an attitude that bordered on a childlike temper tantrum--and made no attempt to make it right for the customer.
Glad business is booming in the mailbox/sign industry such that Bozman can afford to completely dispense with basic, decent customer service...but this is one less customer who will be supporting this rinky-dink enterprise.
I chose this company on recommendation from my Property Owners Assoc.--and was prepared to give them additional business--however I will now make it a point to ensure our POA does not use them in the future.
There are plenty of similar enterprises who offer these services--recommend you find one that cares about its' work and its customers. Don't waste your money at Bozman Sign Co.
