I don't know if you have to be 'in the know' to shop here, but this was THE worst video store I've ever been to.
I was referred there by friends because of their large selection of hentai and anime and kung-fu flicks.
Went in to rent a video and was told I had to open an account. Asked to open an account and the very rude girl behind the counter said that she couldn't open an account that day and to come back on Monday.
I came back on Monday and was told accounts couldn't be opened unless the manager was there. Asked when the manager would be there, was told "never"
Maybe they thought I was a narc, or maybe they just didn't like the look of my face. Beware of this place...they make you think they rent videos but apparently they don't.
