Review content:
This guy came over to fix my TV. I was NOT impressed
Antiquated service equipment.
Poorly dressed in street clothes.
Afterwards I found out he is NOT authorized by any manufacture to repair any TV.
He has no Credentials or formal training.
Hand written receipts which are vauge.
Told me TV had to go into the shop. but He had no help to carry it..
The only thing he did well is show up on time.
NOT A PROFESSIONAL by any measure.

I paid him his fee for basically for doing nothing. .

I was sure I could do better so I called Sears. Sears fixed my TV in my home in about 90 minutes.
Thats real service.
