If you have all day you might be able to reach PGW by phone. If and when you do everything depends on who you speak with. Most are fairly helpful but many of the issues are out of their control.
For example, there maintence plans in an emergency are awful. On more than one occasion my heat has shut down, and in the dead of winter hey made me wait three to four days for help..
The mechanic that came was overbearing and was actually cursing to himself. I calmed him down and he was ok then. I dropped their plan and got another one, and am very satisfied.
