Oh my goodness. This place was easy to find on the internet so I booked my service with them-looked convenient, right there on Clarissa Ave- now is Catalina Sea Spa. Bummer. Weird, inappropriate. First, my hippie therapist was not wearing a bra? She had pants with slits all the way up the side with like a sheer tight underneath. We kinda wondered if we were in the right kind of place. So, that given, we thought, maybe she is clueless but a good therapist. So we settle into the first 20min and seriously someone else walks in a runs a credit card during my massage, in our treatment room! It totally heightened the weirdo factor-- REALLY that is okay, NOT?!?!? So my massage therapist completely misses my hands, feet, and my most of my back. It seemed like they started us late, and then had to make up on their time by shorting us our massage time... I was so bummed. Massage is my favorite splurge. I really try to look for the best vibe I can find. My bust though, because I went for the fastest easy way out by finding it on the internet without asking any locals for the best spot in town. It was such a drag. I swear, I think this was the first massage this therapist had ever given anybody. We left there, went shopping and out to have a few drinks and were referred up to the place at the Canyon Hotel- Ironicallly that is where we were staying but I thought I wanted to be downtown bc of the convenience. We realized all we got from this place was a lot of traffic noise as it is right on the street- an unprofessional therapist and a visitor in the massage room running a credit card- Waste of money, completely. Got the best massage ever at the Catalina Canyon Hotel
