i took my yorkie to this groomer that is located in the bronx county animal hospital at 439 morris park avenue.i explained to her that the kind of cut that i wanted was a buzz cut but to take extremely very little off the face. well to my extreme horror my yorkie is completely bald and he was also cut in the behind as a result of the incompetent groomer.I'm very bitterly disappointed by this business. they offered no compassion for their gross error.when confronted all i got was an oh well! how dare they act so nonchalantly,not very good business practices if you ask me. i will never go back there again and will recommend that my friends not use the either.so sorry i ever went there.
