Took our Onkyo receiver to be repaired by this shop. Had to go there because it is one of only two authorized Onkyo repair shops. Dropped off the receiver in MINT condition. Was told it would take 5-7 days turn around. Without getting too much in to detail, got the receiver back almost two months later. Was told Onkyo didn't have the HDMI boards available to repair the equipment. After calling Onkyo, we find out Onkyo has had the boards the whole time, but Jersey Jim had an issue with their account, which is why no products were being sent. When I went to pick up my reveiver, there were scratches on the receiver. Someone actually scratched a letter on it!! HORRIBLE!! My receiver enters the shop in flawless condition and comes out scratched. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE FOR REPAIRS!!
