I've turned to Let's Eat many, many times over the years - both as a deli and for catering. I've never been disappointed (as a vegetarian I can't say enough about their Vegetable Paella - beloved by carnivores, too) and have always gotten lavish compliments from others on their catering.
For management lunches, my company has often ordered Let's Eats' generous sandwich platters, plus sides and desserts. Some of most popular: the Roast Beef, horseradish and arugula combo, the Muffaletta, the Black Forest Ham & Cucumber, The "Romeo." Their Caesar Salad is always completely devoured, and I remember a Green Bean and Jarlsberg Salad selection that was quite a sensation - their salads and veggie sides are alaways out of this world in all seasons. This is just a glance at what Let's Eat has to offer and I could go on and on (Chiles Rellenos, etc.)
I should add, on the catering side, they will very willingly take care of the dessert portion of your order through Sweet Things, the incomparable 5-star bakery-next-door. That's another rave review...
Pros: Excellent in every way - only reason for "average" ambience rating is that it's basically a deli
