Review content:
I met first with Gretchen on February 23rd. I was told the turn-around time was going to be 2 weeks for my taxes to be done. Three weeks later, after a couple of un-returned e-mails, I had to initiate the call to find out the status. She was abrasive and dismissive when I called and made a further promise to have my taxes done over the weekend (I called on a Wednesday). A week later, which is now a month after our first meeting, my taxes were still not done. This was a simple job which I was paying her the full $150/hr. rate for. Needless to say I pulled the job and would NEVER EVER recommend her to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.
