This Hertz office is great! After having a very negative experience at the Irvine location (9881 Research Way @ Irvine BMW--avoid at all costs!), I called this Anaheim office to see if I could exchange the dirty, smelly car that was given to me by their rude, untruthful staff. That car smelled so bad that I had a headache from driving it for the 20 minutes home. I called this Anaheim office and Ryan helped me out so much!! I can't say enough how wonderful I was treated by Ryan. Also, the manager actually came over and introduced himself, that's cool! What a night & day difference from the Irvine location. DO NOT go to the Irvine location to rent a car. They are rude and nasty. Make the trip to 221 W. Katella in Anaheim and you'll be so happy you did.
