Brock Rowe is a Scam artist and an idiot. Gave deposit for materials and to set posts sameday. Brought part of materials, set posts too far apart and knew it. He did not set the posts deep enough and they were not level. He borrowed tools-pen, level, bucket. He figured we wouldn't notice an when we did, he suggested that since we knew so much about fences, we should do it ourselves. Never came back. Won't return calls. Has misdemeaner charges over cheating people. Bad reviews all over internet. News 2 did a piece on him a few years ago from stealing from a church. He is 34 years old and has been doing this for 12 years. I had to show his help how to dig a hole because he never did and they have been working for him for years. We had another company come out and look at his work and they said it woud ALL have to be taken down and redone. Affordable Fence used 3 1/2 bags of cement on 22 posts. Run the other way. Brock Rowe is a Liar, cheat, thief, and dangerously stupid. He has one star because I had to check one to publish this. He doesn't deserve a star, he deserves jail time.
