We visited the 92nd and Sheridan location on 7/23/2011….
Horrid service and the food was barely edible, orders were brought to the table incorrectly prepared. Server was not only inattentive but just flat disappeared until the check was dropped off.
I ordered the chimichanga platter with one chicken and one beef chimmi, I got both with chicken. I also ordered it with “Christmas” chili (half red and half green) I got all red. The chicken had zero seasoning and smelled terrible.
I cannot comment on the green chili since it was not included as requested. The rice, beans and fried potatoes, which contained scrambled egg bits for some reason, were tasteless. The red chili was unbelievably bitter, grainy and tasted like it had no seasoning and was not fully cooked.
The only thing I can say for the food was it had heat. The red chili had a heat level one would expect with average green. I can only guess they are hoping the heat covers up the lack of other seasoning.
Run, do not walk, away.
