Cyndy (the owner) and the staff at Balloon Celebrations are wonderful. I recently used them for my mom's birthday and my boyfriend's valentine's day gift.
We went to dinner at The Lobster in SM for my mom's bday and Cyndy had the balloons delivered to our table. My mom was so surprised and she loved her balloon bouquet!!! After using them for my mom's bday, I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a balloon bouquet for Valentine's Day (she made it guy friendly with black, red, white balloons). Cyndy also suggested that I add chocolates (my boyfriend said that the chocolates are to die for).
I had the best experience with this company and will be using them again in the future.
