They have a really good selection of used tapes & CD's and will happily give you pennies on the dollar for any tapes or CD's you wish to trade in.
Large selection of music, videos, T-shirts, sheet music, zines, EVERYTHING.
The staff can be a bit snooty, but I suppose they have the right to be. Job openings at this store occur less frequently than Haley's Comet, so those that work there have earned the right to be pretentious and self-important. Forget the employees and just go for the stacks and spend a day realizing how old you are (because you don't recognize any of the bands in the racks anymore)
