I have been a highly satisfied customer of JoAnna and Blades Salon for over 5 years. When I entered the salon for a consult with JoAnna, my sponge-like and overprocessed hair was so badly need in repair I couldn’t get a comb through it without clumps of hair coming out. After assessing my damaged hairs condition, she was up front in her evaluation and estimation of the steps and time it would require to bring my hair up to maximum condition. I was impressed with her straightforwardness and professional approach and felt comfortable in proceeding with her to make my hair beautiful again.
After the first visit I felt a sense of relief, renewal and confidence – JoAnna is truly an artist. Even when my hair was in the transitional stages I was able to manage my hair and looked forward to my next visit and hair repair progress. For the first time in my life I am the happiest with my hair cut and color. I am always receiving compliments on my hair, and that’s the best reflection of the perfect Hair artist/stylist.
