I started Zumba At Bindi Yoga a few weeks ago and it has been a great experience and a great workout. The Instructor Agnes really knows how to get the class going. She introduces new routines about every two weeks so it never gets boring and the music she plays is fun and appropriate!!! I highly recommend attending her classes!!!
