I must say that there is such a welcoming atmosphere and friendly employees. As soon as you arrive they try to make your visit as relaxing as possible. You are offered refreshments and have treats for you as you wait. I love how they did my highlights( so many people loved my new look) and really took out time to explain what colors would look the most natural and complement my skin tone along with what is hot for that season. I love my experience so much that I booked a mini spa which included a massage and pedicure for me and a friend. It couldn't have been booked for a better time for we both needed to relax from all the stress of our busy lives. From the welcoming to the relaxing sound of music doing the massages, we did not want it to be over. Thanks to the wonderful ladies at Josef and Mari . -K
