Review content:
the complex has gone down hill after the new owners took over. when they "Up Graded" the apartments they raised my rent almost $180. i have lived here about 5 years now. in one year my water/garbage bill went from $45 a month to $75. i went on vacation for 2 weeks and still had to pay the $75. the up keep of the building's are not that great. the stair wells have bug nest and mildew. if you have more then one car forget it unless you have a garage. rent is very high and when asked all management says is its market rates. i can move down the street (which i am going to do) in to a 3 bedroom apartment for $300 less then what i am paying for a 2 bedroom. the hot tub was broken for 7 months. the pools look dirty. $300+ a month to look at a lake is not worth it. if you want to live near a lake then move in if you dont care about looks and if you are rich. i was in the office picking up a package, when someone was asking about month to month rent and they were quoted $4,000. avoid this place at all cost.
