I love my apartment, love the location... BUT the staff and maintence has been a horrible disappointment. The make ready on my apartment when I moved in was horrible. The apartment was far from clean and the carpets were dirty. When you call in a work order, you never know if it will be fixed the first or the third time you call it in. Lovely. Now they are remodeling apartments and cannot seem to manage their contractors. The complex is a mess. There are ladders thrown everywhere, spilled paint in the breezeways, construction materials scattered and left out all over and the place is a mess. You can report this to the office and they just say there is nothing they can do. The remodeling is ongoing and does not have an end date. Which brings up another point. Even if you don't move to a remodeled apartment you face a raise in rent of about $100 when you lease comes up, all for the pleasure of living in a construction zone. I wish I had never moved here. But their resident appreciation parties are supposed to make up for all of that! Pros: lake trail, location Cons: office staff, maintenance, ongoing remodeling contractors
