I have lived in this complex for 4 1/2 years and just recently moved into a bigger newly renovated unit that overlooks the lake. Let me just say that the view is the ONLY good thing about this place. While we were in our old apt we never had any trouble until they sold the complex a couple of years ago and fired all of the staff and started over. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The new staff or should I say temp service, do not know what they are doing. Every week there is someone new in there and the right hand does not know what the left is doing. They pretty much gave us no choice in moving into a new unit so that they could re-do ours or we were going to have to pay out the ***! So we moved, expecting a new apt ready to move into.... WRONG!!! We have been there for a little over a month now and it has just been one thing after another. I could go down a list but who has time. After bitching and bitching I finally got them to take $100 of a months rent which is NO WHERE CLOSE ENOUGH to cover the stress that we have been under since we moved. We are seriously considering breaking the lease and getting the h*** out of there as fast as we can. I advise you stay away from this place!!!
Pros: If you can afford it the lake views are great!
Cons: Staff changes every week and they DO NOT know what they are doing!!!
