Review content:
If you want a good repair shop go somewhere else. I brought Dealer Direct my 1999 Honda Accord on July 11th for a transmission rebuild and other minor repairs and it is now Sept 7th and they are still having difficulties making all the repairs to the vehicle. I was originally quoted $3327.00 for all repairs only to have Dealer Direct tell me that there would need to be an additional $846.00 in repairs a week later. I asked the repairman to please put all of my broken parts they were replacing into a box in the trunk of my car. They did not. How do I know that the additional $846.00 in work was even done? In addition I had Dealer Direct replacing the AC control to the vehicle for which they received and sent back 5 different times. Oh and by the way did I mention that while in their care my starter went bad? Another $420.00 in charges. All in all it cost $4593.00 to fix my 99 Accord with Dealer Direct. I urge you to go somewhere else, you will be glad you did.
