i live in des moines and was visiting minneapolis for a concert, and decided to get a haircut as well since my salon options in des moines are limited. it was super easy to schedule an appointment using their website. the studio was beautiful and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. aja cut my hair based on a picture i brought in and it turned out FABULOUS. she really took the time to listen, ask many questions, and make sure i liked the cut. she asked questions before she took action on my hair which i appreciated, and at the end asked several times if i was sure everything was done the way i wanted; and i really appreciated that as well. it was my first visit so they did not accept gratuity, which i thought was a very nice policy that they have; it made me wish i lived closer so i could come back for every haircut!
