On our first visit to this shop, the staff was very helpful and courteous. During our second visit, at which time I was planning on buying my wedding dress, I started to ask some questions about cleaning the dress since it was a sample and a piece that seemed to be missing, the salesperson became very rude, and more or less asked me to leave the store if I wasn't going to buy the dress at her price without it being cleaned. I was flabbergasted, walked into the fitting room, where the salesperson continued to berate me and tell me that I was being "demeaning" for asking questions. While she was talking to me in the fitting room, she was roughly unlacing the back of the dress and then walked out leaving me in a dress that had to be taken off over my head. Luckily I had a quick thinking bridesmaid with me who instantly entered the fitting room to help me out of the dress. Then as we were walking out of the store in shock, they had the nerve to thank us for coming by. It was the worst experience I or any of my MOH or bridesmaids have ever had (and we've had a lot of experience with weddings)! I will never return to this store even though they had the dress of my dreams because I would never patronize a store with such an unproffesional and discourteous staff. I would never suggest this store to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store only received one star from me, and only because that was the lowest rating possible. If I could I'd give it a negative number, but that's not possible!
