I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about electronic keyboards. But, I wanted to buy my husband one for his birthday and I went to Guitar Center because someone told me that they had a good selection. They did have many keyboards to choose from, but I could not get any help or get anyone to answer my questions. I had someone tell me that they would "be there in just a moment" and literally a good 20 minutes later, I still had no help. I have visited the store twice and both times the service was awful. I wouldn't even call it service, more like lack of service. The service people are a bit condescending, and forget it if you want to ask any questions.
