I was searching for a sunroof installer in the area to have my car?s sunroof repaired. I found this business, read the other person?s positive review online, and decided to give a call, simply to learn some general information on what it may take to have such a work done. The person on the phone was rude, sarcastic and condescending from the beginning till the end. I lost interest in what I wanted to ask or what he was saying (& how). I simply wanted to terminate the conversation and look elsewhere. He may know how to install sunroofs, but perhaps doesn?t know how to earn a business from a potential customer.
