Review content:
My husband and I moved into this complex sight unseen and lived there for 11 months until we couldn't stand it anymore in 2003. The management office is LAZY and maintenance requests are almost never fulfilled. Our apartment was GROSS when we moved in, with crusted urine running all down one of the toilets, most likely from the "cleaners" who come in between residents. During our stay, they failed to spray for pests, which resulted in us having ants EVERYWHERE, they even began crawling on us, which was way more than we could handle! Neighbors were noisy and low-class, apartment walls were paper thin, and the floors were not level, causing our furniture to tip forward. Unless the low price-point is your ONLY consideration, steer clear of this community!
