I started going to this salon at Fashion Place for a hair cut. I left because my stylist used a razor on my hair and left me with a hug hole in the back of my head that I had to fix by taking two inches off my length. I then went to Shannon at Sanctuary Spa South Town for a cut and color. She took 15 min to think about what colors to put in my hair then over processed my hair. I washed and styled my hair the next day and started to cry. My hair was beyond damaged and dried out. My bangs were fried and two weeks later still can't get them to lay flat. I spent $140 for a bad cut, color and experience. Please do not waste your time or money on ANY Sanctuary Spa for hair services.
