Review content:
Decor is by local artists. This place is just south (half a block) of the Old State Capitol. They serve coffee drinks, cookies, sweets and lunches (sandwiches and quiches). Never had a bad experience. Personal favorites are the turtle coffee drink (caramel syrup) and the butter cake. Recently they've added window seating which is great for people watching. I would not necessarily recommend this place if you're in a hurry. It's not horribly slow, but they do take their time making the coffee drinks. Could be why they turn out so great...
