Last weekend we visited the Grand Canyon area. We didn't stay in your hotel but we dined there one evening. I had to write you to tell you that it was excellent. We really enjoyed the live country music, the food was great and the atmosphere was relaxing and homey. I had the chili and cornbread and the cornbread really surprised me. It was new, inventive, and slightly sweet. The best cornbread I have ever had. Please pass my compliments to the chef. I was hoping I could get a copy of her recipe. Please ask her for me. It means a lot to me to have her name as well. A good recipe deserves to have the creating chef's name a top it. Tell her I said please : )
