Went to the "new" location on Coggins in Pleasant Hill. Wish we would have gone somewhere else. This place is overcrowded, overpriced and does not have a clue about real barbecue. Ribs were gross...so fatty they make you gag. Brisket is dry and tasteless, but on the bright side you get to chew it for a long time and get whatever flavor there is by the time it's been macerated enough to swallow. Service is clumsy and slow, servers are ill-informed about the menu, parking lot is a disaster, bar is loud and filled with crummy folks. And you get to wait up to an hour and a half for all this terrrific stuff. Pros: None Cons: poor quality, small portions, way overpriced
