Yeah, screw these people. We hired these rank amateurs to replace a hot water heater ruined by Hurricane Irene, and they put in a hot water heater but botched the job. We brought in a REAL plumber (these people are NOT qualified to do legal plumbing by the way) who said they hooked up wrong and it was pumping CARBON MONOXIDE into our house. The actual plumber (RupCoe, who I will be giving my business to in the future) came in and inspected the work and gave us a quote of $900.00 to bring it up to code. We called them demanding a refund or a fix and they sent the actual guy to fix it who then decided to take the high pressure water and direct it all over my very valuable vinyl record collection, ruining all of the vintage sleeves. It took years and years to amass this collection and they ruined it with their shoddy work in addition to almost killing us in our sleep with carbon monoxide. So yeah, screw this business. Go with a REAL plumber with a REAL plumbing license, not these fly-by-night LOSERS!
