Review content:
The Cactus club has always been our starting bar for our traditional Boylston street Friday night bar crawl and they have never disappointed! They make awesome margaritas in a changing variety of flavors-- try them all!
Sometimes the bar area is a wee bit cramped, but it is a friendly and casual aptmosphere so my friends and I have never minded. I would say the crowd is early-mid twenties.
We made the mistake of eating here once and expecting the food to be as great as the margaritas--- definitely the wrong expectation. My friend had a chicken dish which she called bland and I had vegetable fajitas that were both burnt and raw at the same time. Not very good at all.
Service is very friendly here and they can accomodate large groups and parties with ease. Prices are less expensive than expected as well. Decor is a warm hint of Tex-Mex--- perfect for warming up from Boston winters :)
