Review content:
I had this company install a new ac unit. Turns out they put in the wrong size drip pan therefore causing a leak in my ceiling which caused so much damage. I was polite and understood that things happen but the amount of time it took to get service and my ceiling fix was RIDICULOUS. A year later and there is ANOTHER leak in my ceiling in the same place. They were supposed to send someone the following day and said they would call if they couldn't make it. Surprise, surprise no call and no one showed up.
It is now day 4 and my appointment was made for 2-4 pm which I only found because I had to call them to check on my appointment. I have tried calling for the last hour since they are now an hour late to see if anyone is even coming because I do believe I just wasted a day's pay to wait for the WORST service ever.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. It is so not worth the effort and the stress that they will put you through.
