Review content:
I am very light complected and decided to try spray tanning instead of fake baking. I wanted to go to a person rather than do it myself in a booth just to be safe. Boy, was I wrong. This was my first and last time trying this. I'm not sure if I just had a really bad experience or what. The spa seemed okay and decently clean, but then as you go in the back the tanning room is actually a bathroom and the end of the hall, with a divider put up. No one came in the back section while I was there, but at the end as you stand in between 3 fans waiting to dry semi-naked it's awkward because someone could walk in for a massage and see between the panels of the divider. I was glad to be done with that part and still hopeful about my tan.
I waited the 8 hours before taking a shower just like I was told. The powdery substance left by the tanning formula got on just about anything I touched. After the shower, all of the powdery stuff was gone. I made sure to towel off extra well, but I still got tanning stains on my pj's(this continued up to 3 nights after the procedure). No problem, I figured it would stop after the next shower. It didn't. They did not tell me the product would stain anything, but wearing white is not an option. It was splotchy in some areas. One being under my chest area. Now, I am not big chested so they weren't in the way, but still after a week I had random dark stains underneath them. The color has faded, but it faded unevenly. A week later my pores were still discolored and it looked as if I have freckles where I don't. My boyfriend made fun of me and said my skin colored resembled an oomoa loompa. I even asked that they go light because I'd rather be light than orange. I had this done for a wedding, thank goodness it was a night wedding. Before the wedding I wiped as much as I could off so it wouldn't stain my dress, a little got on it, but it was not bad. I highly recommend you go somewhere else or don't do it at all.
Pros: staff was nice, good parking area
Cons: bad product used, bad set-up, bad results
